With so much news these days about worsening employee work environments, it’s nice to get a positive shout-out. In a recent post about “Companies That Benefited from Flexible Work Environments,” blogger Chirag Ahuja cites three companies with flexible work schedules. Agilent is one of them.
A couple of years ago, Business Insider ranked Agilent as the No. 1 most flexible company in America. BI noted that more than 15 percent of Agilent employees don’t work traditional Monday through Friday schedules. Instead, we give employees the space to enjoy life, their families and friendships.
