Agilent recently debuted its global science-in-a-box program –Agilent After School — at the Singapore Science Festival, marking the first collaboration between the two organizations. The annual event celebrates the latest scientific innovations, new technologies and cutting-edge research.
Agilent After School, conducted by employee volunteers, is targeted at children aged 9 to 13 years, providing hands-on science enrichment activities through life, physical, and earth-science experiments.
“We are pleased to collaborate with Agilent for the first time at this year’s Singapore Science Festival as they share our vision to provide greater access to knowledge and discover science through innovative programs,” said Lim Tit Meng, chief executive of the Science Centre Singapore. “It is through such close industry collaborations that we are able to bring a bigger and better Singapore Science Festival to the public.”
